Why The Exchange?
Our apartments are situated in a quiet enclave of Shiple that overlooks Route 66 of the National Cycle Network connecting homeowners to Leeds via bike. As part of our development activity we have improved this section of cycle route. The development is also approximately a five minute walk from Shipley train station making them ideal for commuters into Leeds or Bradford.
Kitchens in the apartments all benefit from modern, fitted units complete with soft close doors, white metro brick tiling and a range of integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and extractor and dishwasher. A space will be left for a washing machine.
Living spaces and bedrooms are all large, light and airy, with bathrooms coming complete with white half tiling to all walls and modern bathroom furniture, including a bath with shower. In fact, the space in the apartments is the chief reason why many of our homeowners decided to buy a new home at The Exchange.
