New Home Specification – The Best of the Rest

We ensure our specification is inclusive so you don’t need to go to the expense of adding extras if you don’t want to. From energy saving technology, to spotlights to all kitchens and bathrooms. Whatever home you buy, we hope you’ll like the specification included.

App controlled heating

Take control of your bills. Easily programme your heating on your mobile phone so it’s perfectly in sync with you and your family.

Our staircases always feature a ‘contemporary country’ look with softwood newel posts in white and if you’re buying a luxury home, paired with a waxed natural wood handrail (seen above).

Our doors will either be a white painted finish with black ironmongery or oak veneered, usually in a country cottage style.

If the home you have your eye on includes a fire, it will be traditional in design with a natural slate hearth and oak beam.

The lighting in your home is important. Which is why whatever home
you choose you’ll find spotlights to your kitchen and bathrooms.

Mindful of the rising cost of utility bills, we’ve recently added energy
saving technology by Honeywell to our specification across all our
homes. This innovative thermostat adapts to your schedule and
makes your home smarter.

Your heating can be controlled via your mobile phone if you install their app. Watch their short promotional video to see a few of its features here.

Security is paramount and as such all our homes include alarms. If you have an attached garage with a direct route into your house, we install an additional panel so you can easily get out of your car and into your home without setting off your alarm.

We try to heat your home as efficiently as possible. The size of your home will determine which boiler we install to ensure you have a consistent amount of hot water. If you are buying a larger home from us we’ll also install a cylinder.

Across all our developments we landscape the gardens to the front of our homes and turf our rear gardens. If your development features a communal area this will have been designed by our landscape architects and master gardeners to ensure a diverse ecological environment is encouraged.

All our homes feature electric charging points by a company called Project EV.

Please note our specifications are dependent on the availability of supply. Time to time, there may be a need to source alternative options. If we need to do this, we will advise you of the change and offer something equivalent or offer an upgrade free of charge.
