To help you make your home truly yours, we’ve curated a selection of kitchens, worktops, tiling, and flooring—all available through our Little Extras Collection.
The Selection Process – Make Your Home Your Own
Once you’ve reserved your home, we’ll invite you to your Selections Appointment—an exciting step in bringing your vision to life.
Before your appointment, you’ll receive a Little Extras Collection brochure, showcasing all the available options to help you add personal touches and make your house feel like home.
This appointment typically lasts around two hours, so set aside the time, grab a coffee, and get ready to personalise your space. During your appointment, we’ll guide you through:
- Your Kitchen – Layout, styling, and available Little Extras.
- Your Bathroom – Sanitary ware, tiling, and any upgrade options.
- Your Flooring – Available as a Little Extra to complete your home.
- Additional Little Extras – From appliances to finishing touches, we’ll walk you through what’s available.
Your specification depends on the home you’ve selected, and your Sales Advisor will go through everything with you during your appointment.
Your Kitchen
At your appointment, we’ll talk you through your kitchen plan, giving you the opportunity to make minor amendments and browse our Little Extras range. Please note that availability of Little Extras depends on build stage and stock levels.
We’ve carefully selected a range of contemporary and traditional kitchen doors in a variety of colours. Choose a single shade or mix and match your upper and lower units or island cabinetry for a bespoke look.
- Worktops – Laminate worktops are included in our Standard and Premium homes. If you’re purchasing a Luxury home, Band 1 quartz worktops are included.
- Handles – Select from our wide range of finishes, including metallic tones to complement your chosen aesthetic.
- Tiling – Choose from our coordinated range of wall and splashback tiles to complete the look.
Your Bathrooms
At your appointment, we’ll also walk you through the layout of your sanitary ware and the tiling included in your specification.
You’ll be able to:
- Choose a tiling style for each bathroom.
- Discuss tiling upgrades, should you wish to add additional coverage.
Your Flooring
Flooring is part of our Little Extras Collection and is not included in our standard specification. If you’d like to add flooring, this is your chance to discuss your options with us.
Please note that we cannot install third-party flooring before completion—only flooring purchased through us can be fitted pre-move-in.
