What to expect at your appointment
Dependent on the stage of construction at the development, you’ll be able to take a walk around our Show or View Home, which we’ll have styled to our specification to help you visualise what your finished home will be like.
If we are at the very early stages of construction, we may be greeting you from our Sales Cabin, usually situated on the development.
In most cases our customers are buying their home from plan. As such, your Sales Advisor will walk you through the plans, describe your home’s features and specification, the location of your home and walk you through the rest of the development, advising you on the management company if there is one and other key information.
A few words on health and safety
As you will be walking onto a busy construction site, please be aware of the following health and safety considerations:
- Please always report to the Marketing Suite or Show Home
- Your Sales Advisor will equip you with personal protective equipment if you are walking onto site, this includes a hard hat and high vis vest
- They’ll explain any risks to you as you walk with them to ensure you and your family are safe
- Please wear appropriate shoes
