Our new homes at The Lees in Cullingworth are coming along nicely.
All three homes are built to 2013 energy regulations meaning that, for their size, they are some of the most energy efficient homes we have built to date.
The Lees is located in the beautiful village of Cullingworth in West Yorkshire surrounded by, and with views of, open fields. We’ve built these homes out of locally sourced, natural stone and packed them full of extras. Including… top of the range kitchens with granite worktops, traditional fires and either solar hot water or solar hot water and solar PV panels on the roofs.
We’re currently fitting out our View Home in one of our Crawfords (plot 9) with Karndean flooring and a Farrow and Ball Porcelain painted kitchen with a black granite worktop.
There are two house styles available at the Lees:
The Crawford
The Crawford is a four bedroom home with a single integral garage. It has four great size bedrooms upstairs and a feature garden room opening up onto the landscaped, south facing garden to the rear.

The Rawley
The Rawley is our larger home and there is only one. We love the layout of this home for its beautiful kitchen with island and folding doors that lead onto a large patio in the garden, garden room leading onto a secondary patio, study and master bedroom lined with integral wardrobes.
