Do you have an emergency out of hours?

We hope you’re enjoying your home. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, so we want to share the details of our out-of-hours service.

Our regular office hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

To help you know when to reach out, here’s a quick guide on what we consider an emergency:

No heating or hot water: Please refer to your boiler manual for troubleshooting steps first.
An uncontrollable leak that could cause damage to your property.
Inability to access your home through the only external door (for example, due to a lock failure).
Complete loss of power caused by a fault inside your home (not due to a general power cut).

Please also refer to your LABC guidance for the specifics on your warranty, as it will help you understand when the two-year warranty on snagging ends.
