The first purchasers on the Green Lane side of the development bought a large four bedroom ‘Oxley’ home, which sits in an elevated position on the development enjoying panoramic views of Cowling Pinnacle and beyond. They are delighted with their new natural stone home.

Our four bedroom homes at the Green have almost all been sold. We have just two left. The Show Home, which may have a delayed completion due to us needing it for a little while longer, and the Ermystead, which enjoys views of the open space and which will be ready early Summer of next year.
