Our development, The Poplars in Bradford, is part of the first phase of the master plan to create a New Bolton Woods.
The plan will see an invest of £250 million in the area. The goal is to create a new community with the amenities it requires. Included in the plan is a new school, sports ground and supermarket.
We’re delivering the first phase of new homes. Our development features 39 new homes – almost two thirds of the development has been sold and is now occupied.
The Poplars provides a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom family homes. Unfortunately all our 4 bedroom detached homes have now been sold, but we have a selection of two and three bedroom homes available. Prices start from £119,950.
