Bolton Gardens has been many years in the making, and we’re delighted to bring the development to market.

Our first release (Plots 46-55) consists of ten, 3 and 4 bedroom detached homes. To be eligible, you will need to be ready to proceed, that is with your house on the market with offers imminent if not already received or with the sale agreed and underway, or in rented accommodation. Our first homes will be available for occupation this Winter. If you have missed out on the homes in this first phase, please do still peruse the house style you are interested in as we will have further homes available in later phases.
