We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that we have been granted planning permission for our new housing scheme on Bolton Road in Silsden, West Yorkshire.
The development will feature a selection of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes.
Sarah Barraclough, MD, said: “We’re delighted that we’ve been granted planning permission to create a new site in Silsden, an area close to our HQ and one we have a long history of building in.
“We are currently working with the relevant parties to progress our plans and look forward to beginning work on site.”
Please be advised that there is quite a bit of work to do relocating overhead cables so we may not be able to start work at the development for some time yet. We’ll update all of you in due course.
