  • The Show Home at The Green

    Due to the popularity of our homes at The Green in Glusburn, North Yorkshire we have now sold the Show Home. It will be home to a new family by the end of the month. Because of this we have had to close the Show Home this week to prepare for their arrival.

    Our Marketing Suite situated in the garage of the Show Home will still be open as usual however so whether an existing purchaser or someone looking for a new home please visit us Thursday – Monday 10am – 5pm.

  • The Green, Glusburn: Just two

    There are just two homes remaining at our popular development, The Green situated in the heart of the village of Glusburn in North Yorkshire.

  • Christmas Opening Hours

    Looking for a new home for the new year?

    By the time we get to Boxing Day I think many of us end up feeling like we’ve eaten the entire fridge and we’d like to get out. What better way to spend your time than to think about your future? Our developments are thus always open between Christmas and New Year.

    At The Green, Glusburn, we will be open the 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th December.

    At The Bridge, Haworth we will be open 28th, 29th and 30th December in our new home in Plot 61 further into the development (drive through the arch and towards the end of the site where the development turns left – there is signage showing you the way – and look out for the new show home signage at plot 61. Our Sales Advisor will be in the garage of this home).

    At The Exchange, Shipley, we are, as of Monday starting to move into our new home into the apartments. Bear with us whilst we make this move. During this time and over Christmas on the 28th, 29th and 30th December we will be operating on an appointment only basis. To make one please call or email development.

    In the new year, we will be open as usual from 3rd January across all of our developments.

  • First time buyer mortgage rates at record low

    Banks are offering the lowest mortgage rates for first time buyers since records began in 1995 The Independent writes.

    ‘Interest rates on two and five-year deals have fallen to a 23-year low, according to the latest Bank of England figures.

    People looking to buy a property with a 5pc deposit and take out a loan for the remaining 95pc could get a two-year mortgage with an interest rate of 3.33pc, down from 4.02pc a year ago.

    For five-year mortgages, the average rate was 3.89pc at the end of October. It was 4.71pc in the same month the previous year.’

  • Works start at Victoria Fold, Sabden

    To all residents of Sabden….

    We started preliminary works at Victoria Mill, Watt Street, Sabden on Tuesday 4thDecember 2018.

    We are beginning by demolishing the existing buildings within the site. Our hours of working will be as per our planning permission 7.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am – 1.30pm on Saturday. Operatives may arrive and leave site before or after these time’s but they will not operate machinery.

    Please be assured that we work closely with our subcontractors and suppliers in order to enforce our hours of work and we have a code of behaviour we expect from all site operatives whether they work directly for us, are subcontractors, or are delivering goods.

    We would also like to assure you that care will be taken with regard to the ecology of the site.

    Building sites are extremely dangerous places. The site will be kept as secure as possible, however, please could we request that you remind your children of the dangers.

    We cannot say that we are not going to be disruptive, there will be a certain amount of noise and dust but our methods of working are designed to keep this to a minimum. If at any time during our build process you have any questions or concerns please ring our head office and we will endeavour to help wherever we can.

    To those of you wishing to buy a new home at Victoria Fold, Sabden

    We are slowly working through the approved planning drawings and conditions that relate to the development. This includes and is not limited to the preparations of materials to submit to the council, as well as adding the final touches to the internal layouts of our homes. As such, we aren’t quite ready to release any of our homes for sale but are working to prepare all of the relevant marketing information so you are able to imagine our new homes at Victoria Fold. We should be in a position to talk to you all further in the Spring.

  • Planning has been granted in Harden

    We’re delighted to inform you that our proposed plans for 28 new homes in Harden, West Yorkshire have been approved! You may see this in the press later this week, however we wanted you to be the first to know.

    We are beginning to work through all the necessary steps in order to prepare marketing information on our new homes.  Please bear with us as it may be a couple of months until you hear from us again.

In order to add you to our database we need your email. It would be helpful but is not essential if you would let us know the size of home you are looking for.
