We have just one of these homes left at Elsey Croft.
It’s a four bedroom home with an integral garage and it features a set of these beautiful internal bi-fold doors so that your living space is entirely flexible.
You can find our more information about the Ermsyted here.
Please note that this is an image from our supplier to indicate the door style. Final size and door arrangement will differ slightly.
We have recently redesigned this home to remove the central gable and instead we have created two imposing gables. As a result we’ve created extra space on the first floor too.
Enter our Ermysted and you’ll find a hallway with glazed half panel doors to maximise light. The rest of the living area can be made open plan if you wish simply by opening the internal glazed bi fold doors. The kitchen has plenty of storage and also features a breakfast bar that seats two. The living room has an Esse stove, wood beam and hearth. There is also underfloor heating to this floor.
Upstairs there are four good sized bedrooms – one master with an en-suite and house bathroom;. We love the dressing area to the master en-suite! This home is priced at £359,950.
Our Craven is a four bedroom family home located on a quiet corner on the eastern side of the development.
This home features a traditional layout to the ground floor with separate kitchen/dining room and living room. The first floor features two double bedrooms, one master bedroom with en-suite, one single bedroom and house bathroom.
This home is priced at £275,000
All these homes have that little bit extra!
Increased selection of kitchen cabinetry choices
SKY ready TV point
Hansgrohe upgrade to the en-suite bathroom
Half tiling and towel radiators to house bathroom and en-suite
Remote controlled garage door
Optional integrated wardrobes – with finishes to suit – to beds one and two
Garages painted in white emulsion – makes for a much prettier garage 😉

To feature in Plot 26, The Oxley at Falcon Park, Settle
We discovered a new product today via our suppliers, Rotherhams. It’s called Neolith. It’s a composite porcelain with a high performance.
What’s so great about it?
It’s virtually waterproof (natural stone does absorb moisture)
It’s resistant to scratches
It’s resistant to fire
It’s hygienic, which makes it the perfect kitchen surface
It’s really easy to clean
It’s 100% natural and recyclable
It’s flex resistent meaning its very strong
It’s UV resistant so will not fade in the sun
It comes in longer lengths so joins are reduced
I’m sure you have all heard of Corian, which has similar properties, but this goes one step further. Yes it does have a slightly higher price tag, but we think it is worth it. What’s more is if you buy plot 26 you get your worktop for free – we’re also throwing in all the flooring which includes Karndean to most of the ground floor and the bathrooms. What’s not to love?
What colour have we gone for?
We have chosen Neolith Calcatta, which mimics the traditional marble called Calcutta, but with none of the staining issues. We are pairing this with a beautiful Tewkesbury framed door in stone with some pewter handles. A few images illustrating the style of the worktop are below for you to peruse.
Like the look of this? Once we have fitted this first kitchen we’ll be offering Neolith worktops as an upgrade across our developments.
There are just two of our Oxley homes available at our development in Settle, North Yorkshire so we thought we’d add that little bit extra to them.
We’re installing the kitchens to both of these homes (which we hope you will love!).
We’ve included a range of upgraded items including a beautiful range by Stoves, a company which makes its ovens in Britain and has been founded since 1920. This item will be matched by a larger extractor from the same range.
To make the perfect country kitchen we’ve designed them both with a Belfast sink and hard surfaces of either granite or quartz to give you that long lasting heart of the home we all desire.
What’s included in Plot 20?
In the kitchen, you’ll find the following:
Tewkesbury Framed Skye Kitchen
Sterling 1100 DFT Stainless Steel Range Cooker
Sterling 1100 Flat Extractor
Slimline wine cooler
Belfast Sink
Quartz Super White Worktop
This is in addition to the AEG fridge freezer and dishwasher already included in the specification.

You won’t need an appointment to view, please just come along and have a look around. Everyone is welcome!
Our Sales Advisor is expecting to be quite busy however so she won’t be able to talk at length with those of you who have already reserved. If you would like to discuss anything with her after viewing the Show Home we ask that you book an appointment for a later date.
What to expect?
At Elsey Croft, Skipton we have designed our homes to maximise every inch of natural light so you will find our homes here have more/larger windows than ever before (where the design has allowed).
Inside you’ll find underfloor heating on our larger four bedroom homes (please see specification), you’ll find soft close kitchens and downlights to all kitchens and bathrooms as standard across all homes.
Naturally, we have added a few upgrades to our Show Home 🙂 We do this to show you exactly what you can achieve if you want to add a little to the specification. In the kitchen we’ve installed a smooth Hanex worktop to complement the white gloss units. In the bathrooms we have installed full or half tiling so please check our specification to see what is exactly included in your home.
Expect something a little bit different with this Show Home… we can’t wait to show you all!
Normal opening hours will be Friday – Monday 10am – 5pm.
We will be releasing another 8 homes, which you will be able to reserve off plan, soon – watch this space!

The three homes remaining are all four bedroom homes with double garages across two house styles: The Branwell and The Oxley (the same house style as the show home pictured on the development page).
What’s more with plot 26 (an Oxley), we’re also including a granite worktop and karndean flooring.
We have just one, three bedroom home with a garage remaining at our development – The Poplars in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
