We’re walking the Yorkshire Three Peaks next weekend to raise money for Royal Manchester Children’s Charity because they help children all across the country – approximately 220,000 a year.
Donations are used to support the purchase of specialist equipment to diagnose and treat young patients more quickly and easily, funding pioneering medical research to increase understanding of children’s illnesses and the very best ways to treat them, and creating a child-friendly environment allowing children to feel welcome and at ease.
Today’s total is £19,005. Our goal is £30,000 but luckily we have until after the walk to hit our target.
Want to know more about them? Take a moment to watch this video, it will take less than 9 minutes, but you may need a tissue (we did).
