Our marketing suite in Harden is now open for appointments, with appointments available Thursday – Monday 10:30am – 5pm. In order to book we ask that you are financially qualified by our recommended mortgage advisors, RSC (for more information please click the development link here) .
Over the past week we have operated a sneak peek for our database and as such we have had 6 reservations. As the Rise is only a small development of 28 homes if you are interested in a reserving a new home with us we’d advise you book an appointment as soon as you can.
There are two types of reservation at The Rise, Harden. A full reservation where we are able to give you a season of completion and a set price, and are able to start the legal process straight away. Or Early Bird reservations where we give you an indicative price and where we can accept a reservation if your home is on the market (subject to an analysis of its saleability). The legal process doesn’t start on our Early Bird homes immediately but we will work with you to advise when you need to start this and your mortgage application.
