We received the above last week from a homeowner at Elsey Croft without any prompt. Hearing how our homeowners feel about their new home is exactly why we do what we do. We started building back in 1986 because we thought we could do better. Since then we have always strived to build the very best homes in the region. The Eames at Elsey Croft is a beautiful four bedroom home with a double garage. Being the largest property on the development, our Creative Director wanted to style this home herself. As such it’s been designed slightly differently. We began with the kitchen. We’ve planned to create a contemporary kitchen with a large double fridge, a professional looking AEG gas hob and modern extractor with a sleek island. The stone coloured cabinets and white snowstorm quartz work surfaces will contrast against the Van Gogh Country Oak Karndean flooring. For the practical types, your kitchen will also come with an In-Sink Erator waste disposal and AEG dishwasher.
The winter will soon be upon us, but we hope you’ll be excited about putting your feet up and enjoying the wood burning stove or taking advantage of the cold sunny days in the garden room. If you’re a keen walker, Skipton has many beautiful walks to explore. Your large laundry room is going to be the perfect place to let your dog, or your muddy boots, dry off!
What else can you expect? The rest of the home has been simply designed with calming neutral tones. Climb the stairs to the first floor where we will have laid carpet to the stairs, throughout the hallway and bedrooms. Both bathrooms will be tiled with Laura Ashley’s wood effect tiling creating the perfect space to soak your worries away.
Last but not least we’ll have landscaped the rear garden with a large patio, plenty of beautiful plants and wooden trellis’s to create a perfect space for al fresco dining.
