The Carriage House is one of the largest homes on the development and benefits from a large double garage, loads of space for your family, over an acre of land and stables. Of course, you don’t have to use the land for horses and you don’t have to use the stables for them either. It could easily become a storage area so you don’t overfill your garage! This home has five bedrooms and lots of baths. What do we love about the Carriage House? The design of this home is striking. Approach the home and you’ll be greeted with a beautiful, handcrafted wooden porch. Inside, our favourite space is the house bathroom that features a freestanding bath. A close second would be the contemporary kitchen.
The Ermystead is a four bedroom family home with a garage. With an elevated position on the development it gets some of the best views.
