Specification – Our Kitchens

The ranges available will be dependent on your specification, but don’t worry, if they aren’t included, you’ll be able to upgrade as part of our Little Extras Collection. If you’ve chosen quartz, we recommend you also upgrade your sink, otherwise our standard sink is stainless steel, giving your kitchen a contemporary feel.

We offer a chrome tap as standard, but if you’d like to upgrade this you’ll find options in our collection.

Inside, all our kitchens feature an oak effect interior, which pairs beautifully with our range of kitchen doors.

If a kitchen is incorrectly lit it doesn’t matter how well you design it. Therefore, we include over and under cabinet lighting as standard across all our specifications.

We know you’ll need somewhere to put your cutlery on day one and that’s the reason we include wooden trays across all our homes.

Storage is key in your kitchen. Which is why we pour over our kitchen designs to ensure the storage is maximised. There are also options to upgrade to include space saving storage solutions as part of the little extras collection (please note, the storage type and its suitability are dependent on the kitchen design, and there may be occasions where it cannot be accommodated).

Zanussi or AEG usually supplies our appliances. In our premium you’ll benefit from not one but two ovens, and our luxury homes usually feature a traditional stove.

We understand the kitchen can get messy and wiping down paint is less than ideal. That’s why we include tiling from your worktop to the underside of your cabinet in all our homes.

Finally, if you’re buying a luxury home, we also include chrome switches above your worktop to tie in with the chrome accessories. If you’ve chosen a standard or premium specification home, please talk to your Sales Advisor about upgrading to chrome.

Please note if we are unable to source an appliance due to supply issues we will give you a like for like replacement or upgrade it.
