This project showcases a delicate balance between old and new, paying homage to the site’s rich heritage. The inclusion of historical features, such as the Economiser, Boiler House, and two mill buildings, has added unique character to the development. Our dedication to designing in harmony with the site’s history is evident in the creation of house types that mirror the iconic North light industrial style.
Additionally, Skipton Properties takes great pride in Sarah’s nomination for the Women in Construction Award. Sarah, the Managing Director of the family’s business, has made significant contributions over the past four years, leading the company into the present day with her innovative vision. Sarah’s leadership during challenging times has been remarkable. Despite a slowdown in financial results, We have made substantial investments in processes, team development, and land portfolios, and, despite an uncertain mortgage market, we remain confident that our unique and thoughtful homes, featuring high specifications, will continue to be a secure investment for customers.
