Our specifications are lovingly created with the local context in mind and feature a timeless design.
We have three specification levels: Classic, Premium and Luxury. Your specification will be determined by the size of your home.
Although our specifications are in part tailored to the development, for example the elevations at each development, inside they mostly remain consistent. This is to make sure we offer you the best selection of features in your home and to ensure we are confident they meet our design and quality criteria.
