Take a Stamp Duty ‘holiday’ this year

From now until 31st March 2021, property purchases up to the value of £500,000 will not incur any Stamp Duty, a tax that’s usually payable on top of the purchase price of a home. For buyers, that represents a seriously significant saving of up to £15,000 off the total cost of buying a home.

Whilst previous Stamp Duty incentives have often benefited first time buyers, this latest initiative applies to all buyers.
