It’s Plot 20 – an Oxley home at our development Falcon Park, Settle in North Yorkshire.
Our Oxley is a well laid out home with lots of living space. It’s the same style as our Show Home.
This home features four good sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite and two with integrated wardrobes and has a double attached garage.
The standard specification
All the bathrooms feature concealed sanitary ware, meaning you won’t see your pipework and will be half tiled. In the shower we also tile a small recessed shelf as we all know it’s nice to have somewhere to put your shampoo! It features a wooden and glass bi-fold door between dining and living rooms and a wooden and glass double door between living and hallway. You’ll find chrome towel radiators in your house bathroom and en-suite. We normally would only put downlights to the kitchen and bathroom but in this home we’re putting downlights in the dining room too which allows you to be flexible with your furniture placement.
And there’s more….
In the kitchen…. you’ll find a Stove Sterling 1100 range cooker and matching hood which adds a touch of stainless steel to your kitchen which we think will look beautiful with the skye coloured doors we have chosen and the super white quartz worktop. Also find a ceramic belfast sink with a brushed steep swan neck tap, wine cooler, AEG dishwasher and a 70/30 AEG fridge freezer in this room. We’ll also be fitting our favourite tiles – the Ondulato in Bianco Gloss with a silver grey grout to give it that modern feel.
In the laundry….you’ll find the same style of cabinet, tiling and worktop as the kitchen, but in addition to that you’ll also get a freestanding AEG washing machine.
Flooring is not usually included in our homes, but in this one it is! We’re fitting Karndean flooring to all but the snug on the ground floor in their Van Gogh distressed oak. In the rest of the home you’ll find a luxurious carpet by Westex in the same colour you’ll see at our Elsey Croft Show Home. It’s a modern grey tone carpet – they call it Mercury!
Outside we’ve landscaped the front and back garden using lots of greens and blues and we’re also installing a grey coloured decked area.
