Management Services Explained

If you have a management company on the development, you will have received
details as to how to contact them. They usually manage common areas in the
development, such as woodland, play areas and communal gardens.

You will have paid an initial contribution to the management company on completion. When we are ready to transfer the management to the managing agent, you will be notified via
letter, and at this point your first annual payment will become due. You will not need to
make any further payments until this point.
