What to Expect at Your Appointment
Your appointment is designed to help you get a true feel for your future home. Depending on the stage of construction, you’ll have the opportunity to step inside a Show Home or View Home, styled to our specification, giving you a sense of the space, finish, and quality you can expect.
If we’re still in the early stages of construction, your visit may take place in our Sales Cabin at the development, where we’ll guide you through everything you need to know.
For most of our homeowners, buying off-plan is part of the journey. Your Sales Advisor will walk you through the floorplans, home features, and specification; as well as its location within the development. They’ll also talk you through any management company details (if applicable) and share key information to help you make an informed decision.
A Few Words on Health & Safety
As our developments are active construction sites, your safety is our priority. When visiting, please keep the following in mind:
- Always report to the Marketing Suite or Show Home upon arrival.
- If you’re taking a guided walk onto the site, your Sales Advisor will provide you with the necessary protective equipment, including a hard hat and high-visibility vest.
- Your advisor will also explain any potential risks along the way, ensuring a safe experience for you and your family.
- Please wear suitable footwear—we recommend sturdy, closed-toe shoes.
