Ashley – Junior Quantity Surveyor
Ashley joins us with valuable experience from a range of commercial and residential projects across the North West. As Junior Quantity Surveyor, Ashley’s role will be vital in balancing budgets while maintaining the exceptional quality Skipton Properties is renowned for. His sharp eye for detail and dedication to excellence will help us continue to build homes that stand the test of time, while ensuring they remain within reach.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys playing football and supporting local charities, demonstrating his strong sense of community. We are truly excited to have him on the team, and look forward to seeing his impact on our projects.
Matthew – Design Manager
With a strong background in architectural technology and experience in both the residential and commercial sectors, Matthew brings a fresh, innovative approach to the Skipton Properties team. In his role as Design Manager, Matthew will work closely with our architects to strengthen our Housetype Portfolio, blending modern functionality with the warmth and character that defines our homes. His passion for new technologies will enhance our design processes and workflows, ensuring our homes remain ahead of the curve while staying true to the heritage that makes them feel like home.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys cycling, playing cricket, and supporting Bradford City Football Club. His love for both design and sport reflects his drive to excel in everything he does. We’re thrilled to have him on board, and we can’t wait to see the creative impact he’ll have on our developments.
